抖音日活突破2亿,快手日活突破1.6亿,今年下半年短视频平台的增长红利已经结束,MCN的红利期也结束了——曾经大型MCN靠着平台增长红利打造出了头部红人和IP,小的MCN靠平台补贴也有可观的收入。

在红利期,头部MCN的账号一个小时可以涨100万粉丝,但下半年以来,包括洋葱视频在内的几家头部MCN均遇到了涨粉难的问题;在红利期,小型MCN的一个账号靠平台补贴能每个月收入2万左右,但现在已经降到几千块钱,还在持续下降。

据记者了解,洋葱视频2018年的营收规模为几亿元,papitube、大禹网络、蜂群文化营收能达到上亿元,属于第一梯队;贝壳视频、畅所欲言等几家MCN营收能达到大几千万的规模,属于第二梯队;更多的MCN还挣扎在生存线上。

《2017年中国短视频MCN行业发展白皮书》显示,2017年短视频MCN机构为1700家,2018年预计达到3300家。卡思数据显示,各短视频平台粉丝数10万以上的KOL规模已经超过20万个。

2018年,电商为洋葱贡献了60%的收入,广告收入仅占30%。洋葱在美妆领域拥有自己的供应链,并且有成熟的淘宝店运营经验。但对于大多内容出身的MCN来说,电商模式太重了,顶多为其他淘宝店带流量,他们能做的只能是靠内容本身变现。

贝壳视频把内容从泛娱乐转向垂直领域,其签约的达人中50%是泛娱乐内容,但已经把30%的泛娱乐达人转向垂直领域。刘飞表示,美食、旅游等垂直内容已经竞争很激烈了,汽车、美妆、母婴、科技数码类的还有机会。

畅所欲言把内容转向to B,即抖音蓝V代运营,成为首批抖音蓝V服务商,已经签下了多个知名品牌的短视频代运营业务,目前公司to C和to B的内容已经各占一半,预计明年to B的内容会占到60~70%。在畅所欲言CEO刘畅看来,蓝V的盘子更大,而且一家MCN根本吃不完,要比单纯

从2017年下半年到2018年上半年,抖音每隔一段时间就会出现一个大的IP,从早期的老王欧巴、张欣尧到费启鸣,再到温婉、代古拉K,抖音上的网红在快速迭代。
